Marsha J. Goodman-Pryor

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island of Hawaii.

Born and raised in Connecticut, I moved to Oakland, CA with my husband, Jim, in 1971. We kept moving slowly north to Eureka, where I owned a women's boutique for 13 years. We moved to Hilo in 1993 and started an Orchid farm (East Hawaii Flower Co.) in 1995, wholesaling cut flowers to the mainland.

Along the way, I discovered that the business of real estate is a perfect fit for me, since I love both people and houses. I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2005 and have since obtained the CRS and GRI designations. Another part of being a REALTOR® that I enjoy is the opportunity to give back to the community through projects such as the Children's Justice Center's Prom Dress Drive- which I have worked on for the past two years.

Whether you are selling your home, are an experienced homebuyer or shopping for your first home, I will help make your experience the best it can be. My customer-focused approach has helped my clients throughout the island. For Buyers, as your trusted professional real estate partner, I will help you find the best home for you in your selected area. For Sellers, together we will sell your current home as quickly and as easily as possible. My goal is to make your experience as efficient and as fulfilling as it can be.

"I am so pleased with the home I bought with the assistance of Marsha. Marsha made the entire process from beginning to end so effortless and seamless. She was professional, patient, caring and went above and beyond her duties in many ways. I highly recommend Marsha to represent you on the purchase of your home. Susie"

"We first met Marsha over a year ago, when we were vacationing on the Big Island July, 2017. We were not yet sure we were ready to make the move here from the Las Vegas, Nevada area. We also did not know if we could even qualify for a loan or sell our current Nevada property. Marsha gladly spent two days with us, showing properties and neighborhoods. Marsha gave us access to her website so we could continue researching properties on our own from Nevada. It was not until May of 2018 that our house in Nevada sold. Marsha spent hours working with us by phone and internet surveying properties for us. When we flew over to make a final decision Marsha had properties all lined up for us. She spent many hours working with agents and our lender to finalize our home. Marsha always had our best interest a top priority. We highly recommend Marsha . She is a top notch professional as well as being personal and caring."

"My husband and I recently purchased a home, with Marsha Pryor acting as our real estate agent. Her professional skills and hard work enabled us to complete all the necessary steps to complete this transaction in a timely manner. Her expertise in being able to anticipate the time table, documentation, and inspections required resulted in an escrow that was finalized on schedule with no delays. I highly recommend Marsha Pryor and look forward to working with her again in future real estate projects. "

Finding the right location is just as important as finding the right home, and no one knows the local area better than a local agent. Allow me to help you find the perfect community for you, your family, and your lifestyle.
